I will be going tomorrow into NYC to see if I can see some of the Doctor Who filming. If anyone is free, hope to see you there - where ever it is.

I know this has nothing to do with Merlin but there have been persistent rumors of Matt Smith filming in NYC tonight. I was at Washington Square Park today but they were filming Person of Interest, not Doctor Who. So if anyone spots him, let us know.

Greetings to all Merlin fans out there.

The weather is getting warmer as the days grow longer.  I think we should start looking having meet ups again.  At present, I can think of only four places where we could sit and chat that are indoors: The Winter Garden in lower Manhattan; The Cloisters in upper Manhattan; the lower level of Grand Central Terminal; and the underground mall at Rockerfella Center.

OPINIONS?

Parked is going to be shown at the New York Craic Festival on March 8th and a second screening will be on Friday, March 9th.

March 8 - Premiere of Parked starring Colm Meaney. Directed by Darragh Byrne.

Fred lives a quiet, isolated life in his car, having lost all hope of improving his situation. That all changes when he forms an unlikely friendship with Cathal, a dope-smoking 21-year-old with a positive attitude, who becomes his ‘neighbour’. Sharing laughs, and the hard times too, Fred and Cathal find the simple, free pleasures of life

Colm Meaney is scheduled to be in attendance
The after party is from 9–11pm with complimentary Tullamore Dew & Beer. $20 in advance. $25 at the door. At TRIBECA CINEMA (54 Varick St. off Canal St.) Ticket includes film & party. Get yours here!

I'm not planning on attending but I thought you'd like to know.

It would appear that [info]sabriel75 and ninja_orange will be in NYC on Sat Dec 3 and I'm meeting up with them at the entrance to the Cloisters Museum at noon. Sorry for the short notice but you are certainly welcome to join us!

Since no one is going to the Cloisters meetup (except me), we'll just meet at the Parked film at 5:30PM.

Parked - at New York University's Cantor Film Center (36 E 8th Street) on Sunday October 2, 2011 at 5:30 PM. The movie starts at 6 PM.

I'd like to meetup in the lobby, right next to the street entrance at 5:30. I may get there earlier depending on how fast the subway and my feet are. Hope to see you there!
